The HR Hackathon is a working session, not a conference. HR practitioners come together to thrash out the problems that don't have clean answers – a legal change nobody's fully interpreted yet, a gritty internal problem nobody wants to be first to admit to. No keynote. No vendor pitches. Just practitioners, in a room, solving something.

The format

• Quarterly, in person
• £39 per event
• Small enough that everyone contributes, structured enough that something concrete comes out of it

Where this is going

The Hackathon starts in one location, quarterly. The ambition is bigger – a touring format, and eventually a model other cities or regions could run themselves. That's the long game. Right now, it's about proving the format works.
